Welcome to Peacock House! Escondido's newest event space! Situated in the middle of a beautiful 40-acre ranch. At sunrise, indulge in a hot cup of coffee with amazing 360 views. Hike and explore the entire property if you so choose. We have 3 Pickleball Courts - have fun and catch some sun!

Please note this is a 3/1 space and a 1/1 suite. They're together but have separate entrances. Mom and Dad can use the 1/1 studio as their private suite or a couple in the group. See below for details.

⦿ There are three other properties on our ranch, but far enough from each other to have privacy.
⦿ There are plenty of parking spots available for guests! More than enough spots for 5 cars.

Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. We do have a event space on site if you would like to host a big party, just DM us and let us know

CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listing!
There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing cleaning between guests from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches.

You get the entire 3/1 home AND the 1/1 Studio in the backside for a total of 4 beds and 2 baths.
You will also have access to the patio deck.

You are free to walk the entire property and explore but do NOT go into or around any other houses on the ranch. Each house is used by different guests at any given time.

Pickleball courts are shared with all the properties on the ranch.

The Pool/BBQ area is open for use. We simply ask that NO GLASS be taken to this area or out of the houses.

Please be courteous and let everyone have a chance.

Two days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on where to park, how to locate the apartment and how to access it.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

This is a 40 Acre Mountain Ranch. You will be far enough to feel the outdoors, but close enough to the city to get anything you need. You will need to drive up a mountain range to access it. The road will be a bit bumpy near the property but you should be able to access it with no problem in a regular car.

Uber eats delivers to the property with no problem. The nearest store is in town in Escondido about 20 minutes away.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home up on a hill, NOT a hotel. We ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by Home Security

Rest assured that the house is thoroughly cleaned before you arrive; however, please be informed that we are located in a mountainous area with abundant dirt and trees, which may result in the presence of dirt, dust, and dander indoors. We'll be happy to assist with any concerns you may have. 🙏🏻
