Driveway space for 2 cars, and plenty of street parking, located in Clairemont, the most central, convenient town in San Diego. 5 minutes away from Sprouts, Home Depot, Chipotle, The Forum Coffee (amazing coffee), and just 3-4 minutes from the freeway, you can get in and out to explore very quickly. The home has AC in all of the rooms, clean white sheets, brand new furniture, and stainless steel appliances to make this truly, a home away from home. The property features a pool supported by a solar heating system, designed to naturally warm the water using sunlight. While there is no traditional pool heater, the system helps keep the pool comfortable year-round, with optimal warmth during sunny conditions. You will receive a custom door code to enter the property. We are available 24/7 for any maintenance or emergencies. Simply call us directly! Located in a quiet neighborhood in Clairemont, the most central, convenient town in San Diego. 5 minutes away from Sprouts, Home Depot, Chipotle, The Forum Coffee (amazing coffee), and just 3-4 minutes from the freeway Early Check in is $30 per hour to accommodate for the staffing needs to prepare the home early. Pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay, no exceptions (beats leaving Fido at a pet hotel!) Pet fee does NOT cover additional pet mess, feces, or excess hair. Please pick up after your dog.
