The house is cooled and heated with a 2021 installed HVAC, and has a Nest smart thermostat in the living room that can be adjusted with a simple movement. Each closet has 10 hangers, extra storage above the closet, and a simple clothes drawer for longer stays. The closet in the hallway has small beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a Pack n' Play for infants, 2 volleyballs, an iron and ironing board, cornhole, and extra sheets, pillows, and towels if needed.
