On ground floor, enclosed front patio is private (not shared) with gorgeous ocean views.
Enjoy pretty garden, teak dining table, umbrella and BBQ.
On the second floor off main living area, the “coffee porch” is a favorite spot for our guests to gather.
On third floor, roof deck has stunning 360 degree views of beach, bay, and Belmont Park.

Please be aware there is NO Air conditioning in the home.
There are plenty of ceiling fans and standing fans.
There is central heat in the unit during cooler months
For our younger guests:
Two Portable cribs, high chairs, built-in baby gates
Beach toys, books, board games, puzzles

Need more room? If your group is larger than 10, inquire about “The Dollhouse,” the two bedroom guest apartment above the garage. This charming space, originally built in the 1930’s can sleep an additional 4-5 guests.

Amazing house, very relaxing and accommodating. Would love to stay again!
This was a perfect location for our needs this week. super close to the beach with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy our family. The host was very responsive when there was a small issue with the water filter. Billy responded within a few minutes and sent a handyman out to fix the problem. Very easy and helpful. Highly recommend!
Great family vacation home! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Loved the unique charm of the home. Stocked with books, games and tons of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and toys. Easy walk to the beach and felt safe and quiet. Billy was super responsive, and went above and beyond to help us figure out parking for an extra car and when we ran out of coffee pods he had them delivered within an hour. Appreciated that the stairs had sturdy, built-in baby gates. Great home, looking forward to coming back!
