On ground floor, enclosed front patio is private (not shared) with gorgeous ocean views. Enjoy pretty garden, teak dining table, umbrella and BBQ. On the second floor off main living area, the “coffee porch” is a favorite spot for our guests to gather. On third floor, roof deck has stunning 360 degree views of beach, bay, and Belmont Park. Heating & Cooling: Please be aware there is NO Air conditioning in the home. There are plenty of ceiling fans and standing fans. If your group is larger than 10, inquire about “The Dollhouse,” the two bedroom guest apartment above the garage.
