(Effective October 2026, the main house and “Dollhouse” guest apartment are offered exclusively as one combined rental accommodating up to 15 guests. The homes are no longer rented separately.)

Unlike many large beach rentals, this home comfortably sleeps 15 in real beds — no sofa sleepers, rollaways, air mattresses, or crowded bunk rooms.
The two homes are fully separate and each has its own private gated entrance, making this setup ideal for extended families, grandparents, multiple families traveling together, or groups wanting both togetherness and privacy.
Minimum age to rent is 25. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood best suited for families and mature groups looking for a relaxing beach stay.

Two bedrooms are primary suites with king beds, ensuite baths, and doors opening onto the front patio.

“The Dollhouse” Guest Apartment (Sleeps 5)
The fully separate guest apartment sits above the garage with its own private entrance.
Originally built in the 1930s, it retains original pine floors and vintage beach cottage charm.
Perfect for grandparents, another family, or guests wanting a quieter retreat.

• Living room & stocked kitchen
• 2 bedrooms + petite loft
• 1 full bathroom
• Small private gated patio
• Speed Queen washer/dryer

This was a perfect location for our needs this week. super close to the beach with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy our family. The host was very responsive when there was a small issue with the water filter. Billy responded within a few minutes and sent a handyman out to fix the problem. Very easy and helpful. Highly recommend!
