* Downtown Gem | Near Petco, Dining & Fun Spots *

We wish we would have seen photos of the outside. It is a bit run down and hard to find. The inside was semi-clean. Hair from previous occupant was found in one of the showers and toilet. The Airbnb is located on a main street. At night you can hear all the loud cars and homeless passing by. We were travelling with a baby so the noise really didn’t help. The bed metal frames also need upgrading; they creaked with the slightest movement. Host was quick to respond though.

Everything at this property was exactly as described. My family and I were comfortable and pleased. Check in was easy even with us arriving at night the instructions were spot on. Great communication with Billy and will stay again in the future!

Location was very convenient for getting around San Diego by car especially since they offer on site parking. However we were hoping it would be more walkable and I wouldn’t describe the immediate neighborhood as where I would walk around. Overall it was perfect for being able to drive to everywhere we wanted to go and felt like we avoided traffic by being in town.
