Come enjoy our cozy San Diego home just minutes from downtown/south park/north park/Little Italy and more. You'll find some of the best Mexican cuisine this side of the border just a few paces from our front door. Enjoy our modern interior, spacious backyard, and new Hot Tub! Our cozy three bed, two bath home has everything you and your family or friends need for a cozy stay in San Diego! Equipped with a pack and play setup for young kids, blackout shades, and air mattress as needed, totaling two guest bedrooms with queen beds, a desk/work space, and a primary bedroom with an attached bathroom, peloton/workout space, tv, and large slider door to the back patio - this home is bursting with cozy, beachy vibes. Long term renters occupy the detached back house which is fully separate and private on the other side of the fence/wall from the main house. Airbnb guests have access to the full house and back patio. Long term tenants occupy the back detached unit that is fully separate and secluded from the main house and accessible through the gate to the right of the garage. Back house tenants also use the one car garage that is attached to the main house and the upper lawn area that is sectioned off from the patio. Driveway is shared between back renter and guests with 1 spot designated for each. Free street parking is also available and spaces are always accessible right outside of the home.

This Airbnb is perfect! I loved the decor and style of the space. They The living room was super comfortable and the back yard was great for hanging out, hot tubbing, laying out in the sunshine and for eating meals. The kitchen is super cute too with bar stools and all the amenities you need for cooking. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive when I messaged. We had a lovely time in San Diego staying at this Airbnb.
It fits only 6 full size adults on the beds. Maybe 1 on the couch. You can fit 8 only if you plan to fit 3 people on the master bed

Dylan's place was everything we needed for my wife and my immediate family. it was spacious, especially the primary bedroom. it wasn't a big deal for us, but for those planning on having meals together, table could only fit 3 people but there is the kitchen counter tops. we had a minor issue the first full day with the shower and toilet not draining for a bit in the primary suite; we had to space out our shower usage about 20 minutes apart. other than, Dylan was very responsive and assisted with any minor issues we had. it was a quiet neighborhood. the location was central for everything we were doing during our first half of our trip. 20-25 minutes for the airport. 18 minutes to Hillcrest/Balboa Park/SD Zoo. would stay here again
This home was perfect for my bridesmaids and I on my wedding weekend! It accommodated 6 of us perfectly. The host was extremely responsive and considered all my inquiries with kindness and timeliness. Highly recommend this place especially if you want a super sweet aesthetic. Plenty of space to sit and chat both inside and outside.
It was a very pretty home!! It gave off a really chill vibe for our San Diego Trip. The place was beautiful and the neighborhood is good. No complaints at all!!! We will be back for sure. Thank you so much again! 🥰
We had a comfortable long term stay (4 weeks). Convenient location. House had all the amenities we needed. Didn’t need to contact Dylan but he or his partners always responded immediately

Dylans place was great. We initially had a problem with the master bathroom plumbing and he took care of it immediately. The place was nicely decorated and immaculately clean.
